Serves 4 | Cooking Time: 45 min | Easy
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Heat frying pan and drizzle some Labbate Extra Virgin Olive Oil on to the pan.
3. When hot, add chicken to pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side or until cooked through.
4. Once cooked, plate chicken and top with a generous serving of Costa Ligure Pesto Genovese.
