A simple dish perfect for any antipasto platter.
Serves 3 | Cooking Time: 10 min | Easy
135g Costa Ligure Pesto Genovese
6 slices of pane di casa (crusty bread), toasted (approx 10cm in length and 1cm thick).
1. Toast the bread slices in a bread toaster or under a grill until golden in colour on each side, remove from heat.
2. Drizzle some Labbate Extra Virgin Olive Oil on to the toasted bread.
3. Spoon a generous amount of Costa Ligure Pesto Genovese, on to each slice of bread.
