Every autumn olives are harvested across Italy from north to south. Il Providore by Casa Italia showcases a variety of high quality extra virgin olive oils by Labbate, Bova, Nettare, Antichi Sapori & PGM are rich in flavour. Included in the range is the extra virgin olive oil, which is ideal for anything from shallow frying to drizzling over fresh salad. Our range also includes infused olive oil varieties which also add their special essence of flavour.

Our balsamic vinegar include products from the Mussini, PGM and Malpighi range which represent a long journey through time along the sensation of balsamic vinegars. Each Balsamic Vinegar is from the region of Modena, Italy which is known internationally for their high balsamic products. Mussini is recognised as aristocratic balsamic vinegar, with a great tradition. Whilst remaining modern, elegant and refined, the range of balsamic vinegar offered is a true and full expression of its land of origin, and dedication to a fine delicacy. PGM is a more modern uptake on a classic product, with dressings and infusions suitable for many degustation purposes.
