Il Providore by Casa Italia will deliver to any destination in Australia (excluding P.O Boxes). Whilst all orders are processed with 24-48hrs, please allow deliveries to occur within 5-10 business days.

When you place your order with Il Providore by Casa Italia, you can track the status of your order anytime by logging into your account.

Delivery 
All goods will be delivered Monday-Friday, during business hours only. In some cases, the delivery will need to be signed for, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address nominated. Due to operational reasons we do not send out goods to P.O. Boxes. 

Product Availability 
Not all products are kept in our Sydney fulfilment centre, so certain items cannot be dispatched immediately. Whilst we do envisage that most orders are delivered sooner, please do allow 5-10 business days for your order to be delivered.

If you select a number of products and one of them cannot be posted due to availability, you will have the entire order delivered as soon as all the products are available. If this will be longer than a 5-10 business day period, you will be notified first via email.

All pricing on this website is in AUD, and will be processed as such.

Purchasing online with your credit card is the simplest and most convenient way of shopping over the internet, and we currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS.*

Receipt 
At the end of the ordering & payment process, you will be presented with a confirmation screen containing your order number. This will also act as your receipt number and this page can be printed for your reference. You will also be sent an email confirming this order/receipt number as soon as your order has been processed.

Returns 
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to Il Providore by Casa Italia. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a full credit or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately for obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns for food products for "change of mind" purchases. 

Damaged Products
We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail. We'll arrange for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.

Making A Return 
If you want to return a product to us for credit or exchange, please contact us first to make arrangements. Returns can then be done through Australia Post or your local courier. However, delivery costs will be at your own expense unless prior arrangements have been made with Il Providore by Casa Italia.

Credits 
Il Providore by Casa Italia can process a full credit towards future online purchases at www.ilprovidore.com.au, conditional upon prior arrangement with us and upon the receipt of returned goods. The credit amount is only for the product cost itself (ie. will not include credit for delivery costs). Excludes food products, unless items to be returned are of non-merchantable quality.

Exchanges 
Il Providore by Casa Italia can also process an exchange for purchases. Again, conditional upon prior arrangement with us and upon the receipt of returned goods. Please note that postage will be payable again for delivery of exchanged products. Excludes food products, unless items to be exchanged are of non-merchantable quality.
