A 50 year aged balsamic vinegar from the region of Emilia Romagna.True balsamic vinegar is made from a reduction of pressed Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes.The casks are made of different woods like chestnut, cherry, oak, mulberry, ash and juniper, which is what gives the balsamic its intense flavour.

Ideal for: soups, noodles, risotto, eggs (omelets, hard-boiled, scrambled and fried), meat and cured meat, fish and seafood (sushi, salmon…), potatoes and gravies.
